What are the advantages of creating an account?
Creating an account gives you all the tools you need to find your next home. You'll be able to save your preferred search criteria to reuse each time you visit the site. When you create a Saved Search you will automatically be notified via email of any new properties added to the market that match your criteria.

Saving Searches
Once you've created an account you can log in to begin creating custom Saved Searches. You can create a Saved Search from either the Find Homes page, or the Search Results page. Just look for the link "save this search" and enter a search name and hit the link. Your criteria will be saved and available anytime from your Saved Searches page.
Email Notifications
Notification of new listings that match your saved search criteria are automatic! Just create a custom Saved Search, and we'll notify you when a property comes on the market that matches your criteria.
If you'd like to stop receiving emails regarding new listings simply login to your account, go to your Saved Searches and click the Delete button for each Saved Search you want to remove.
To change your account settings login to your account and then click the Your Account Info link. If you wish to delete your account send an email to Nick@vermontinvestments.com, with your name and email address and we'll delete your account for you. |
