Jessica began a career in marketing in California and moved back east to become the Assistant Manager for
two Coldwell Banker ResidentialBrokerages in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 2006 she returned toVermont to sell Real Estate at the state's largest real estate brokerage,
Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty.
Nick began his career in real estate development and new construction long before
he graduated from theUniversity of Vermont.
The couple's passion for real estate comes
from their fathers who are high-end custom home
builders in New York and Vermont. Nick and Jess can be found at the mountain
during the winter months and on beautiful Lake Champlain or the golf course in the summer. They reside in South Burlington with their two dogs, Zermatt and Wilbur.
